The brake pad of the CB 260 overrun brake is a specially developed wear part that is responsible for the controlled braking of the cable reel. Due to constant friction during use, this element wears out over time and must be replaced when wear is noticeable. Replacement can be carried out without dismantling the overrun brake: use a narrow flat-head screwdriver to gently lift the insert, move it in the direction of the arrow and replace it. This restores the optimum braking effect of the CB 260 Cable Box.
